Waffleberry was born in the chilly alpine town of Mt. Chocolate Chip. She left to find fun and bold flavors of ice cream to bring back to her hometown, but made her way to the Block Party instead. Her patented I-SCREAM 8000 blasts her opponents with sticky and yummy double chocolate gelato.
